June 21 - Rochester Airport, New York
The 171-room Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport located near the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) campus welcomed the Yes I Can! tour team as they made stop three of four for the week.

Jody Vinci, Susan Mason and Ambassador Ben Gardeen led the fourteen managers and supervisors along with Alan Brand, Vice President Twin Tier Hospitality into a heartfelt discussion on how to continue the upward service trend. “Let’s get back to basics” Frank Chikey, GM was quoted saying, and agreed to focus on what can be controlled and improved upon by the team while undergoing an extensive renovation. Discussion revolved around the importance of focusing on their Yes I Can! communities starting with the mangers to ensure that all were on the same page while successfully sharing information. Frank, setting an example for the team, surprised Susan Mason when presenting her with a new hat to replace her favorite one left in her rental car while visiting their hotel last winter.

The Yes I Can! tour team welcomed the 42 attendees as they entered the ballroom for the rally festivities. The Yes I Can! award winner was John Borreli for the incredible number of compliments on Medallia for his great service and attitude.
